Happy New Year and Welcome Back!
I hope everyone had a great holiday break and look forward to seeing you all! This week we welcome Teoman to our class and his family to LKS - welcome! We are happy to have you!
Getting up and out with all the necessary "stuff" can be a challenge, especially after a break! You may find it helpful to have your child get their backpack out, look through it, fill their water bottle, pack a lunch and set everything up the night before for easy exit in the morning. It also starts to get the brain back into school mode...they will need all their outdoor clothing, so getting out the snow pants and packing extra mitts is essential. If your child took home their indoor shoes please be sure to send those back as well. There were no little readers sent the last week but mailbags should come back please and readers will start up again on Tuesday.
The week looks like this:
Monday - Music AM
Tuesday - Mailbags, Mystery Reader AM
Wednesday - Day 3 LIB/IT PM
Thursday - Reading Buddies AM, Mystery Reader PM
Friday - Mailbags, Day 5 LIB/IT AM
Have a great week!
Ms. I.
