Wow! Our last full week...where has the time gone! Thank you as always to our volunteers. So many of you have offered your time to the class over the year it has been amazing! The children and I appreciate all of your efforts and have enjoyed having you in the class, thank you so much.
I hope all of the dads out there enjoyed a wonderful Father's Day in whatever way itmis wonderful to you and yours! The children enjoyed spending time thinking and talking about their dads this week and are excited to give you something you will keep for years to come!
There are no little readers coming home this week. Keep an eye open for the mailbags to continue coming home with letters/printed info as we close down the year. Remember to use your public library over the summer. They have great little programs for summer reading and can offer a great supply of books to keep the kids going over the summer. Designating one day a week for a library visit can be a great outing and help keep the kids on the weekly schedule that our library runs on. Keeping up the routine of borrowing, reading, rereading, safely storing and returning library books is a valuable exercise!
The last Sharing Assembly is Monday, June 17 to appreciate those earning a certificate for perseverance. Lucas and Gavin in the morning and Emma, Oliver and Isabella - congratulations!
Senior Kindergarten Graduation will be Weds. June 26 at the end of our morning or afternoon. Senior parents will be receiving an invitation asking how many will attend from your family, please keep in mind the limited amount of space our class offers when planning for that day.
This week looks like...
