Week of February 8 - 12

Thank you as always to our valued volunteers.  This week we enjoyed the Aussie X dance program, paid for by the Parent Council.  The kids had a great time in the gym with their dance instructors.  We should also thank Mr.Bracht, who scheduled the kindergartens in - it was a fun time!

Many thanks to those who booked on the online interview booking site.  I look forward to meeting with you over the week.  Interviews will take place IN our classroom at your designated time.  If someone is in the room for an interview ahead of you, protocol is that you knock at your scheduled time to signal your arrival.  As always, interviews are 10 minutes so being on time is essential.  If for some reason you cannot make your interview time you can let the office know and they will relay the message.

It will be a very busy short week, I will be away from the class Tuesday morning to cover Kindergarten registration in the office.  Ms. Santiago will be helping on Tuesday afternoon.  If you have neighbors or friends who have not registered for a JK registration interview please let them know they can still call the office for a timeslot.  The more registrations we have in advance, the better we can balance out the classes for next year.

Your child will have a scheduled day this week for their 100 day presentation.  Please be sure their ziploc baggie with the collection is with them on their scheduled day.  Baggies will be on display for several weeks on our hallway bulletin board!

Valentine cards and treats can be sent in any day this week so the children can begin filling each
other's loot bags.  Bags will come home Thursday along with party crafts.

This week looks like:
Monday - Reading Buddies AM,  Mystery Reader AM, LIB/IT pm
Tuesday - Ms. I. In office AM, Music PM
Wednesday- Mystery Reader PM
Thursday- 100 Day/Valentine Party AM, LIB/It PM
Friday - PA Day

Have a great week!
Ms. I.
